Ever since my first visit, years ago, I’ve always had consistent, delicious meals at The Butcher, The Baker, The Cappuccino Maker in West Hollywood.
Meeting friends over breakfast and outstanding conversation, I had the CROISSANT BREAKFAST SANDWICH (spinach instead of egg, gruyère cheese, avocado, arugula, tomato jam with chicken sausage) with the amazing COLORBURST CARAMEL LATTE. Both were delicious.
I also greatly enjoyed some of the BREAKFAST POTATOES. Hands down, some of the best breakfast potatoes in Los Angeles.
I’ve been to BBCM so many times over the years. And from my previous photos, it looks like I keep ordering the same thing – various incarnations of the croissant breakfast sandwich! With an order of the FRENCH TOAST thrown in for good measure. What can I say – the croissant sandwich – from adding bacon to salmon, is just a well formed breakfast sandwich.
What also remains the same are the colorburst lattes. They are consistently beautiful works of drinkable art.
Overall, the The Butcher, The Baker, The Cappuccino Maker is a solid choice for breakfast or brunch in West Hollywood. Most importantly? Parking at Sunset Plaza is free, just behind the restaurant.
